You remain the owner of all tasks, notes, drafts, messages, and other content you create in Bosly.

By using the app, you give Bosly permission to process this content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality, such as saving data, generating summaries, or displaying information back to you.

4. AI-powered features

Some features may use AI to generate suggestions, summaries, or organisational help.

When these features are used, your text may be sent securely to trusted AI service providers to perform the requested task. These providers do not receive permission to personally identify you or to sell your data.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some situations. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Bosly, including attempting to access data that does not belong to you, interfering with the app’s operation, or using the app in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful manner.

You may stop using Bosly at any time. You may also request deletion of your stored data through Bosly or via the Privacy page.

Bosly is not a bank, broker, or regulated financial adviser, and does not provide financial advice.

Where integrations are offered, you authorise Bosly to process the data you provide to deliver the feature. Sensitive finance data may be stored only when necessary and limited to what is required for the feature to function.
